Refund Policy

At Tutu Palazzo, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service. As required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we provide remedies for items that are faulty,
damaged, or not as described.

In addition to your rights under the ACL, the following policies
apply to our specific product and service categories.


1. Commissioned Tutus & Classical Costumes
Refund and return terms for all commissioned tutus and classical costumes are outlined within
your individual custom agreement. Please refer to your contract for full details.


2. Hire Tutus & Classical Costumes
Refund and return terms for all hire items are outlined in the signed Hire Agreement. Please review your agreement for details, including cancellation policies, return deadlines, and liability for damage.


3. Ready-to-Wear Tutus & Classical Costumes
We understand that sometimes a size or style may not be quite right. You are welcome to return your item within 7 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping costs and a $50 administration
fee) or opt for store credit to repurchase another item.
Important Return Conditions:
● Shipping costs are non-refundable.
● Additional return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or
incorrectly sent by Tutu Palazzo.
● Exchanges are not offered. Please return the item and use store credit to repurchase.
● Tutus must be returned:
● In original packaging
● With all tags intact
● Without sewn-down straps
● Unworn, unmarked, unwashed, and undamaged

4. Ready-to-Wear Leotards & Tiaras
You may return leotards and tiaras within 7 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping and a $10 administration fee) or store credit. Return Conditions are the same as above, and all items
must be in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.


5. Sewing Classes
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be fair and flexible. Please take note of our cancellation and attendance policies
Cancellations
● 14+ days before the workshop: Eligible for a full refund
● 8–13 days before the workshop: Eligible to transfer your ticket to another participant or receive a credit for a future class/workshop (less a $25 administration fee).
● Within 7 days of the workshop: Not eligible for a refund, participant transfer, or credit.
● No-shows or forgotten classes: Not eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit under any circumstances.
Ticket Transfers
● You may transfer your booking to another participant free of charge up to 7 days before
the class.
● You are responsible for ensuring the new participant agrees to our terms and conditions.
● To request a transfer, please email us at tutupalazzo@gmail.com.
Late Arrival
● If you arrive up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, it is at the instructor’s
discretion to allow entry.
● Arrival more than 15 minutes late will result in refused entry for safety reasons, and the
booking will be forfeited without refund, reschedule, or credit.
Class Cancellations by Tutu Palazzo:
If a class or workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative dates or a full refund.


6. Faulty Items
All items are handmade with care and inspected prior to dispatch. If you believe your item is
faulty:
● Please email tutupalazzo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a
description of the issue.
● If the item is deemed faulty by our team, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.


7. Returns Processing
● Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets return conditions.
● If the item is not in original condition, it will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
● Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.


8. Policy Updates
Tutu Palazzo reserves the right to update or amend this Refund & Returns Policy at any time.
Any changes will be published on this page, and the updated policy will apply to all purchases made after the date of publication. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay
informed about your rights and obligations.
