1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or purchasing from Tutu Palazzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any linked policies including our Privacy Policy and Refunds Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.


2. Services Offered
Tutu Palazzo offers the following services and products:
● Classical tutu and costume hire (within Australia only)
● Made-to-hire costumes
● Ready-to-wear tutus, classical costumes, tiaras, leotards, and accessories
● Sewing classes
● Commissioned classical costumes
All services are subject to availability and may be updated or withdrawn without notice.


3. Bookings and Enquiries
All hire and commissioned costume enquiries are subject to review and approval. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. For hire costumes, Tutu Palazzo will confirm
both size and date availability. For commissioned costumes, Tutu Palazzo will confirm availability and client suitability. A booking is only confirmed once:
● The appropriate agreement has been signed, and
● The required deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or booking request.


4. International Orders
We accept international purchases of physical items. Please contact us prior to making a purchase to confirm if deliver to your country is available.
Please note:
● All customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
● We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by international postal services or customs.


5. Shipping & Delivery
● We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days.
● Base shipping costs are paid by the customer at checkout. Shipping costs vary per postcode. If your shipping costs exceed the base rate (which is often the case for regional bookings and rural bookings), you will be contacted prior to dispatch with an invoice for the remaining amount.
● Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier performance.
● We are not responsible for delays once the item has left our premises.


6. Payments
All payments are securely processed via our third-party payment system Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Stripe may store payment details on their system that are not visible to Tutu
Palazzo. We recommend reading Stripe’s policies if you have queries regarding this.


7. Cancellations, Deposits, and Refunds
These terms are governed by separate service-specific policies and agreements provided at the
time of booking. Please see our Refunds Policy for information regarding cancellations and
returns.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law, Tutu Palazzo is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of:
● Wearing or using any of our products (including tutus or costumes during performance),
● Delayed deliveries,
● Postal errors or failures,
● Incorrect use, fitting, or cleaning of garments.
Our liability is limited to the repair/replacement/refund (at our discretion) of the affected product
or service, if deemed faulty within 7 days of receiving your item, as required under Australian Consumer Law.


9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, product designs, branding, and text on our site are the property of Tutu Palazzo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without express written
permission.


10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
● Use our products or services for unlawful purposes,
● Attempt to copy, resell, or misrepresent Tutu Palazzo designs as your own,
● Place orders under false identities or on behalf of others without disclosure.


11. Marketing Communications
By providing your email at checkout or signing up through our site, you consent to receive marketing communications from Tutu Palazzo. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.


12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales. While Australian Consumer Law applies
nationwide, state law may affect legal proceedings and enforcement of agreements.


13. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after
changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
