This one-hour 2:1 lesson is the perfect introduction to your sewing machine. Designed for complete beginners, you'll learn the essential skills needed to confidently set up and operate your machine in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Whether you've just purchased your first sewing machine or have had one sitting in the cupboard for years, this class will give you the confidence to get started.

Meet Your Teacher
This class is led by Deanne Cessario - Founder & Head Creative of Tutu Palazzo.
Deanne holds a Bachelor of Education, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has over 20 years of teaching experience. With extensive experience creating luxury dancewear and stage costumes, Deanne brings professional industry knowledge into every lesson.
Her passion is helping students understand the techniques behind beautifully finished garments while building confidence in their own creative abilities.

Can I Use My Own Machine?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine / overlocker if you prefer to work with your own!
Please ensure your machine is in good working order and all attachments (pedal, feet, cords, bobbin etc) are brought with you.
Don't have a machine / don't want to bring your own? - No problem!
We have a range of Bernina made sewing machines and overlockers at our studio! Hire is included in your class ticket.

New class times are added regularly, however if you can not find a suitable date, or you are looking to book several months in advance, please CONTACT US and we will do our best to arrange a session that works for you!
